We have some pretty crazy creatures roaming our planet–and that’s not even talking about the amount of animals/insects/plants that we haven’t discovered yet. And our human imagination has come up with some even crazier animals in folklore.
But there are some real animals that we maybe should examine again if they were made out of dreams.
The giraffe is one of them and a Twitter user decided to make us think about how crazy they are compared to a fictional animal–the unicorn.
He brings up a good point!
According to the Giraffe Conservation Foundation, both female and male giraffes have ossicones, and when males fight each other in what are known as “necking contests” these nubs of cartilage allow them to hit harder.
And then there’s the extinct animals that we haven’t even discussed yet.
