When a woman named Chy-Niece Thacker was pulled over for her brake lights being out, she never expected what happened next.
Instead of issuing her a ticket, Officer Jenkins of the Henrico County Police Department in Virginia went “above and beyond.” After Thacker explained the mechanic wanted to charge her an expensive fee to test her brake lights, Jenkins ran through a series of tests on his own.
