Torturing or injuring an animal for any reason at all is a despicable act. Not only is it an absolutely horrid thing to do, it’s an indicator of that you’re a disturbed human being with the potential to be a serial killer.
With this in mind, counties across the country along with the entire state of Tennessee have implemented a process to have animal abusers registered in the exact same way sex offenders are.
