Tomorrow starting at 5PM EST, we are raising a glass to all our fallen heroes and you’re invited to participate in the largest toast in the history of toasts. Meanwhile I’ll be in Austin for my annual Memorial Day tradition. Here’s how it works:
I go to Shiner’s Saloon around 3:30 and open up a tab. All the KCCO Gold and White Wheat’s are on me until the credit card company shuts down my card. The free beer is for active service and veterans only (you’ll be given a super-sweet wristband at the door). There are no tickets needed to attend. Also, if you’re not in the military, you can still participate! All I ask is that you buy our service members a drink and shake their hands.
Shiner’s Saloon just opened up their rooftop deck and it can hold a lot of Chivers so kick off your Memorial Day weekend with me by honoring America’s Heroes with a toast heard ’round the world.
