As the world is in the throes of grappling with a Pandemic, more people than ever are finding themselves unemployed and left homeless and without anywhere to turn. It’s in moments like this that truly great and generous people show their true colors to help those most in need.
As Mr. Rogers once wisely put it, “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’ To this day, especially in times of ‘disaster,’ I remember my mother’s words, and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers — so many caring people in this world.”
It might sound strange, but one man in Chile, who preferred to remain anonymous, decided to take it upon himself to deliver food to the homeless in these difficult days.
