15 Ongoing space missions you may have not known about

With the hype around New Horizon’s recent flyby of Pluto and beyond, let’s take a look at some other space missions happening right now.
1. Juno (Above): Launched by NASA in 2011, Juno is part of the New Frontiers program and currently speeding toward Jupiter. It’s mission is to figure out how the planet was formed, what it’s made of, and how its formation affects the Solar System as a whole.
Jupiter acts as a giant gravitational shield for many of the planets, and much of its origins remain a mystery. The probe is expected to arrive on July 4th, 2016.
