When I saw a recent thread that asked people 40 and older to share what the biggest notable changes were to their body/mind after leaving their 30s, I had to see what people in the know were saying. Sadly, I just reached my 40 mark earlier this year and I can already vouch for most of these changes. Spoiler alert, most of them are not positive. Go figure.
