Last month, I got a call from Kevin Smith letting me know he’d be in Austin for a Mooby’s Pop Up. He wanted to meet theCHIVE crew and we all made time in our schedules for that. Because fuck yes.
Here in America, we’re entering a period where nostalgia is king. It reminds us of simpler times, and lines from Clerks, “I’m not even supposed to be here today,” and my personal favorite. “Try not to suck any dick on the way to the parking lot.”
