Hangovers are the worst.
Whether you’re dealing with a terrible headache and dehydration or you once again find yourself praying to the porcelain god, you want it to be over as quick as possible.
Soon after ingesting some sort of pain reliever and water, our next logical move is food. We know we need something to soak up any of the alcohol that remains in our system and to fuel our bodies into feeling better.
My go-to is heavy, greasy diner food, but I’d be willing to try something different if it would alleviate the hangover symptoms quicker.
