“I noticed from my home balcony that there were some changes in the behavior of the eruption, for a couple of minutes the eruption seemed to be over but then it exploded into these 300-meter (984-feet) high lava fountains. Never before seen since the beginning of this eruption. I ran inside to get my camera gear and caught two of the biggest lava fountains I’ve seen.”
