Aurora Borealis, more commonly known as The Northern Lights, occur when there are collisions between electrically charged particles from the sun and our atmosphere. They come across in green, red, yellow, and blue, and sometimes violet. A lot of the lower mainland in B.C. were lucky enough to get to see this beautiful natural occurrence this week – and here are some sweet shots of it!
