It’s already bad enough that when you want to go watch your sport live, you have to pay some crazy ticket prices; especially if you’re a hockey or basketball fan in Toronto. Baseball, on the other hand, is more of an affordable afternoon/evening at the park with some delicious snacks. That is, in other Major League ballparks, except the Rogers Centre in Toronto; the food’s kinda meh. Don’t get me wrong, if you’re into hot dogs, nachos, popcorn and peanuts, it’s totally your own buffet, but compared to what some other ballparks offer in terms of concessions, the Rogers Centre is pretty uninspiring.
Which is why local actor, podcast host and baseball fan, Jake Goldsbie’s been bringing his own snacks and sharing it on Twitter.
