Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
First Created: 1928
Company: H.B. Reese Candy Company.
One of the most iconic candy bars in North America was created by one H. B. Reese, a man who had 16 children and worked a handful of jobs in order to support them. In 1917, he worked for a dairy farm that was owned by Milton Hershey before he eventually moved into the chocolate factory. Once there, he started dabbling in his own recipes, eventually coming up with peanut butter filled chocolates he dubbed “Peanut Butter Cups”.
