It’s generally understood that being in a loving relationship is good for a person. You’ve got a partner in life, a confidant when you need it, and an automatic +1 for all of life’s events. Then, there’s the physiological and emotional benefits of being loved; happy chemicals flooding your brain, weekly (if not daily) sessions of rigorous physical activity, and all that other fun stuff. But it’s not all fun and games for your health; mental and physical.
