All the way back in July, the trailer for Cats was unleashed.
It was met with an immediate backlash for its nightmare-inducing digital effects for cat people, it’s total lack of any plot in the trailer and over-the-top sets that made everything way fucking crazier.
But it begged the question: If people reacted that poorly to just the trailer, how the fuck was it going to be received once it actually came out?
