Located in San Francisco's South of Market district, the $3.3 million loft comes complete with a basketball hoop and a 16 x 20 foot retractable center skylight. Martin Building Company is the mastermind behind this space and we hope they will come knocking on our door to trick out theCHIVE offices soon.

I think you guys may need to sell a few more shirts before you make this move….
Really anyone could create something like this with 3 mil to work with
#9 That looks like a fun shower.
wow on chive same time as you… odd.
It's 9:30 in the morning here, what about you?
#13 Is that a Crematory???? Cuz its too damn big to be just a fireplace.
Install a 1/2 reg size NHL rink in the basement and ya got a deal…
why when you can get a 65" tv would you put six 20"tvs on a wall
#14 Didn't register with me 'til I hit the last picture…but there's a friggin' tree in the middle of that apartment. Awesome.
Lived in San Francisco my whole life and it's just awesome to see a place like that is so near to me.
those 9 tvs together are really stupid…#14
I actually used to know the previous owner of that loft, and in fact shot baskets on a drunken night there a few years back. Epic loft. up top is a hot tub that looks out onto the city.
would be creepy as shit watching paranormal activity in there at night
would i be the devil if i said i honestly dont like it?
meh, for all that money they could've made something a bit better than a modern 'Full House' set
Truth….It sucks…to jammed in…for that kind of money I would like it open more…but hell thats me…LOL
$3.3M seems rather reasonable for this space. Downside is you've gotta relocate to San Fran.
What a terribly placed hoop. 1 rebound that bricks right and the coffee table is splinters. Not to nit pick
is it just me, or does the bed in #7 look like its not supposed to be there?
A good interior designed house in San Francisco? GTFO!?!?!
#10 awesome that is all
Mindblown!
