# & 1 # 2 Sorry to say, but they are fake, its an "art project", the police say that there is not a real police but that they approved the project as it's a crime to dress up as police in Sweden. The car is borrowed from a company that rents equipment to the movies, and have signs that say that it´s a fake police car.

Sorry to side with the douchey guy but "attention deficit" is just a lack of attention. It implies a "lack of attention" is some object watching gifs. They really do mean deficient.
