Number 10 I have tried to watch closely since the first time I saw it and the only thing I can figure is that there is a man that pushes one of the doors going the wrong direction. You can just make him/her out on the outside going the wrong way, the revolving doors probably have an action where they will swing freely if pushed to make sure they can be pushed outwards during an evacuation. But if 2 are pushed you get a scissor action going.
