I think I’d rather choose Chitty Chitty Bang Bang as the non specifically boat motorized vehicle to use to cross a body of water. The center of gravity on this RV is *way* to high….. Probably wouldn’t take much to knock it over.
OK, guess it's a logical progression. Amphicar gives evolves to Amphi-bus? Not debating the logic or rationality. Huge numbers of inventions/developments in America have been irrational but awesome. He did it the American way, "because he could". I think it's rather ingenious. Something that big floating under its own power no less. Just like the little Amphicar of old. Not bad. Silly? Probably. Waste of time, money, resources? Most likely. But this is still (or was) America, land of Yankee Ingenuity. Chill.
