    • Jinkies

    • FarmBoy

Yeah, as others have pointed out, it's a Blackberry Storm. The CB stands for CrackBerry a website for Blackberry fans.

    • vandinz

      I'll get your coat.

    • WOW

I think he is referring to the "iphone sucks" below the berry.

  • K1ngk0n

    I don't want to live on this planet….anymore :O

    • Dustin

Nerds are taking over the planet, deal with it. If you don't, we'll insult you with a joke that you don't get.

      • Rhein

only millionaire nerds get to reproduce though….no take over 😦

      • bankrobert

        Dustin please kill yourself.

  • Verbal_Kint

#14 MAYBE with the exception of aperture technologies, these are all fucking stupid… And that's a big maybe.

    • Joe

valve rules, and funny enough, aperture logo is quite elegant…now usb tattoos? how many years till it's completely obsolete

    • Ash

Technically that's a photography symbol – I have a similar one on my arm, because I'm a pro photog. The problem is that the symbol has been co-opted by Portal, so it's lost some of its cool factor.

      • Mike

        Or made it cooler

      • Verbal_Kint

I get that it's the blades of an aperture, but it's still fitting, given “aperture technologies”. Still way cool though, especially in your application. Nikon or Canon, just curious? I used to shoot a ton, but never professionally. Sold all my gear and now I cant afford what I really want..

        • Ash

Nikon. Have many friends who shoot Canon, but I've always loved Nikon's ergonomics. It's an expensive art form, though. I sometimes envy poets, who only need a pencil and paper, instead of tons of electronics!

      • myself

I would have thought the change from film to digital plus the relative cheapness of really nice SLRs opening higher end equipment to the masses and they all assume that with a for dummies guide to their camera and watching a YouTube video they are the greatest photographers ever would have sucked more "cool" factor away than a badass game company using it for the logo of a badass imaginary company.

        • Ash

I sometimes feel that way – I get irritated when I'm shooting a wedding and every guest has a nice dSLR and gets all up in my business, but then I have to stop and remember that the affordability of digital is exactly why I became a photographer.

      • Woop

Did you burn your mouth on the pizza? Because you ate that before it was cool too. Thanks hipster.

        • Ash

I do that all the time. Thanks for your kind words.

      • TomTheCameraGuy

That's actually why I adopted it myself. I'm a pro shooter and I love portal. Win win!

  • Sam

Crazy…two Darwin Exception posts in one day.

  • TomTheCameraGuy

    #14 I like it haha

    • Yellow

  • back2worknow

#23 is a Tramp Stamp looking for a #1, although she would prefer someone insert a Firewire device in that socket!

  • Ogre

  • MigraineBoy

    #23 She probably doesn't even have a usb-port.

    • keystone183

If you weren't such a nerd you'd get the hint she likes it in the butt…..

    • $am

      Nope. FireWire Rules!!

      • A BiPolar Guy

        Thunderbolt. Try to keep up.

  • Verbal_Kint

    #4 isn't a tatoo..

    • 16inchzipper

There are a few I'm not buying. #9, for instance.

    • svp

      yea, its a tatToo

    • Just A. Jason

Around half of these aren't real tattoos. theChive is losing it. Really scraping for content. It's bad enough that they are at least 3 weeks late with every video they post. But I guess getting girls to send in exposed body parts with all of that free advertising written on their bodies pays a lot of bills. Sooo. Yeah.

  • Master_Rahl

#1 An interesting icebreaker at the thumb wrestling matches.

  • @KellieMassey

#27 is my favorite, who doesn't love penguins?
    Oh.. the code…sad

That's the Linux pengiun. Hence why the nerdiness.

      • @KellieMassey

        Ahh well thanks.

      • ChivetteKellie

Now I feel stupid for not being nerd enough to know!

  • Jacob Concienne

    #26 #27 Love It!

    • Procrastination

      • inigo montoya

i see what you did there …

  • buttsnstuff

I want to see outdated tattoos on people who are old and pissed off about them, so we know what these assholes are going to feel like in ten years

  • Paul KillFace Hannon

    #15 Predator blow-up-planet arm-control thingy?

    • sean

I thought that too – maybe… too bad of an angle to know for sure.

    • WarpedAcorn

That is actually a computer that is implanted under the skin. Its obviously still being tested, but if I remember correctly is supposed to run off the electrical current in your blood (yeah, its attached to a vein I believe). I'd have to look up the article, but I remember reading about this late last year.

  • Ralph

    #9 Obviously, very poorly shopped.

  • Sauce

    #27 Linux FTW!

    • Woop

The binary code below it says "Windows Sucks"

    • Esr0d

    #6 barcode says Joe

    • Stridex!

if you use your phone, it takes you to a Bacne advert.

  • Mation

#14 is awesome. I have a Triforce from Zelda on my chest. Nothing wrong with a little tribute to a favorite game. The rest of them are pretty crazy, though. 🙂

    • Dude, It's Zelda

is that tattoo your virginity protection? You'll regret that in 10 years.

      • myself

Of all the game tattoos I have have ever seen in person, a MASSIVE majority of the ones on girls are Zelda related. I could see if it was Master Chief teabagging it would be virginity protection, but not a simple and elegant game tattoo.

        • Dude, It's Zelda

Look, you are free to do what you want obviously, but come on "a simple and elegant game tattoo" i don't know about that. Anyway, as long as you like it, that's all that matters. I guess i am just your bokoblin? or just a cynical ass, your choice.

          Happy Friday!

          • myself

Wait, no snarky retort? I'm shocked, and happily surprised, normally that's a great majority of what you see. Sure, a simple and elegant game tattoo is possible. Like the Royal Crest or just the Triforce fits the bill, to me anyway. Nice reference with bokoblin.

Happy Friday to you as well!

            • Andy Valentine

I have a big old Mario Star on my shoulder, mushroom on the inner arm, Space Invaders on the forearm, Zelda life hearts inside one wrist, and a 1UP and PacMan on the other wrist… as part of my two sleeves, a bit of interjected computer game nostalgia works great; and considering I grew up with that stuff, I feel proud to display it on my body.

    • Diane

I thought that was an aperture symbol….
