    #10 i want that!

    • Katie

Yes I would definitely put that in my house

    • BloodScrubber

The furniture would be cool, well, unless you have to register your table with the ATF now. 😉

  • NavyKid15

These are awesome, where can I buy it?

  • steve

What a waste of 2nd amendment rights.

    • The_Stif

      haha.. bah-zing.

    • sadman

All mechanical systems wear out. The fate of all guns is rust and ruin, but at least some are made beautiful instead of just going to a scrapheap.

      • Columbus

Nobody wants to hear that when there is a zombie apocalypse going on. I just better be able to find me a boom stick. That's all I'm saying.

    • ben

Yeah, because they don't make guns anymore! There's only a finite number of them and once they're all gone we're… wait… never mind, you're an idiot.

  • Big Charles

    #All Done exceptionally right!

  • Dorkfish

    #30 that looks comfy

    • Nick Arcsheblud

Donated by Elmer Fudd & Yosemite Sam.

  • Shaw

That's awesome. Really taking war to an artistic level. For those that don't know, most of those are made from AK-47's and M-16/M-4's… (Weapons used by Al Qaeda/Taliban and your awesome American Military.)

    • passwordistaco

      Fuckin A they're awesome

      • We all die

        Mericans *sigh*

        • 'merican drone

          Can we start with you?

    • Quagmire

Not one M16/AR/M4 in that whole photoset. AK, Galil, FAL, UZI, and an assortment of rifle barrels and other Khyber Pass garbage.

        derp

        • herpaderp

#14 they are shaped kinda like M16's but clearly not since the stock, handguard and grip are plastic
          #29 common retard seriously?!

#28 and #30 are clearly BS as well, but the majority of the rest look like the could be ligit

        • Putty

#14 is not m16/ar/m4 – look at the charging handle. I would say an either an import or a toy
#29 again, look at the hardware, I would suspect are artistic replica's

          • 556shooter

            # 14, Yeah, the charging handle in the hand grip was used on the first gen AR10 platform, and the AR15 prototype (which then became the M16) both designed by Eugen Stoner. Look at the triggers, those are just plastic training rifles.. As for #29, those look like a SBR, which I doubt he was able to buy and use for art. I'm thiking he bought a few airsoft rifles to do that with.

    • Frank

That's awesome. Really taking the defense of liberty to an artistic level.

    • Munokhoi

The majority of these were made from munitions left over after years of fighting in Cambodia. Highly unlikely any Airsoft or replica guns were used. The artist, Sasha Constable, made these as part of a Cambodian exhibit to promote peace in 2003. Sure, some of these look wonky, but hand crafted replacement parts get made the world over when OME kit is not available. There are places in Afghanistan where you can have an AK-47 built from scratch for you by hand that would take a gunsmith to determine it wasn't factory made.

  • xaqdank

Do they still shoot? Like the Lamp in The Great Outdoors?

  • Dan

While some of these are kind of neat, I have zero interest in owning one.

  • just_some_guy

    #28 Oh so subtle subtext…

    • MacNCheesePro

I'm going to have nightmares about that chasing me tonight. Anyone else have that plastic robotic spider from He-Man when they were little? I was scared to death of that freakin thing!

Ted Nugent nightmare thread, and liberals wet dream, sad sad sad what a waste of good fire arms

    • Hutch

Assuming they were functioning firearms prior to being used for this purpose. If they were no longer functioning, then it's a great way to recycle.

    • disturbed

Agreed. Complete waste of perfectly good guns.

    • AmBush_Steve

The artists better not come cryin' to me when the zombies start knocking on their doors.

  • cr1min4l

This stuff reminds me of a story from a few years ago in my hometown. A man murdered 3 women, and when he was arrested they got warrants on his home and an abandoned warehouse he owned. The warehouse contained hundreds of sculptures made from rebar, all laid out in a massive battle scene between lions and buffalo.

  • wilk

    Very cool stuff
