Yankees great Derek Jeter had his number retired by his old ball club yesterday in a grand ceremony at the famed Yankee Stadium. The legendary shortstop had his buff placed in Monument Park joining the likes of Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, and Lou Gehrig.
